On July 14, CCCME and the British Department of International Trade jointly held the China-UK Advanced Manufacturing & Innovation and Cooperation Webinar. At present, uncertain factors such as the COVID-19 and the economic and trade competitions among major countries continue to affect global economic and trade development. The Webinar aims to introduce to member companies the opportunities and challenges facing Sino-British cooperation in the context of Brexit, and provide new ideas for international cooperation. Officials and experts from the British Department of International Trade, China-Britain Business Council, XCMG made speeches on the Webinar. Nearly 150 representatives from CMEC, China Harbour, Gezhouba International, China Engineering International, China Metallurgical International, China Railway International, Sinosteel Equipment, ZTE, Lenovo Group, Jingao Solar, Beiqi International, Geely Automobile, Jerry Petroleum and other member companies, commercial officials and local enterprises in Shenyang province, Shanghai, Tianjin, financial and research institutions attended the meeting.
