On April 16, 2020, the 13th Session of the 6th Council of CCCME was convened. Affected by the outbreak of COVID-19, the Council was convened by the form of video conference for the first time. 194 representatives from 142 council members attended the meeting. CCCME President Zhang Yujing, delivered a report introducing the work of CCCME in 2019 and its main working thoughts for 2020.

Officials and experts from MOFCOM, SINOSURE and a consulting firm were invited to present lectures on such topics as overseas investment cooperation under current circumstance, interpretation to policy measures such as export credit insurance and issues relating exchange rate under the outbreak of COVID-19.
