CCCME Initiates Training Course on Contract Performance Risk Management
In an attempt to help CCCME member companies reduce the potential economic losses brought about by the COV-19 Epidemic, CCCME initiated an online training course on "how to deal with the contract performance risk under the influence of the epidemic as well as an interpretation of the ‘force majeure’ clause ". Professional attorneys from Jincheng Tongda & Neal (JT&N) were invited to give online lectures to more than 320 mangers of foreign trade, legal affairs and risk management from over 260 Chinese companies in such sectors as machinery, automobile, aviation, shipping, electronics, home appliances, lightening etc. CCCME Secretary General Guo Kuilong delivered the opening remarks, accentuating the purpose and backdrop of this training course.
