In order to implement the major strategy for building a Hainan free trade port and give full play to the advantages of both platforms and resources, CCCME reaches consensus with Hainan International Business Council in areas such as information sharing, exhibitions and conferences, investment promotion, and matchmakings, the signing ceremony of cooperation between the two sides was held on February 27, 2020. Due to the need for epidemic prevention and control, the signing ceremony adopted the form of “cloud signing”. CCCME President Zhang Yujing, Vice President Shi Yonghong, Vice President Liu Chun, Secretary General Guo Kuilong and Director Han Shengjian, Deputy Director Wu Chuan, Deputy Director Ji Guohui, Deputy Director Gong Qijun of Hainan International Business Council attended the ceremony in Beijing and Haikou respectively.
