On November 8, 2019, Vice President Liu Chun met with the delegation led by Utah State Senator Jacob Anderegg. The two sides discussed the promotion of pragmatic cooperation between CCCME and Utah. Jacob Anderegg highlighted the Utah economic and trade investment environment and several energy and infrastructure projects.

Ms.Liu Chun said that CCCME has always been an active promoter of economic and trade cooperation between China and America. Since CCCME delegation visited Utah in June this year, it will continue to present cooperation opportunities to more Chinese companies. Senator Jacob Anderegg highlighted Utah's location advantages, economic growth, energy reserves, and supporting facilities. He said that for many years Utah has ranked No. 1 in the Forbes US business environment list. Utah will vigorously upgrade infrastructure construction, which will provide opportunities for Chinese companies. Utah sees China as an important partner, and the legislature is willing to provide Chinese companies with the necessary help to enter Utah.
