CEO of MATRADE Visits CCCME
On August 20, 2018, CEO of MATRADE (Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation) Ir. Dr. Mohd Shahreen Madros and Minister Counsellor of Embassy of Malaysia in China Razida Razak met with CCCME key officials and exchanged views on strengthening bilateral trade and investment cooperation. CCCME President Zhang Yujing stated that as China is constantly carrying forward the Belt and Road Initiative, CCCME will continue to give full play to its unique advantages as an industrial organization and actively build a platform for exchanges and cooperation in response to the growing cooperation intention between enterprises of the two countries. Vice President Shi Yonghong promised that CCCME will continue to support its member companies to invest in Malaysia and is willing to recommend more quality products from Malaysia that meet the needs of Chinese buyers, so as to achieve mutually beneficial and win-win development. Dr. Shahreen said that with more than 20,000 members, MATRADE will continue to promote exports and they expect to liven up exchanges between member enterprises of both sides through CCCME and to deepen bilateral cooperation in such fields as science and technology innovation.
