On the morning of August 1, 2018, CCCME Vice President Liu Chun was invited to visit Pakistani Embassy in China and hold talks with the new Commercial Counsellor, Mr. Badar U Zman. Both sides made in-depth discussions on Promoting Sino-Pakistani cooperation in economic and trade, engineering contracting, production capacity and investment.
Badar thanked Mrs. Liu for her visit. He pointed out that China's 40 years of development experience since the Reform and Opening-up is worth learning for Pakistan. At present, Pakistan is at a booming developing period. And the “Belt & Road” Initiative and “China Pakistan Economic Corridor” have brought new opportunities for cooperation between the two countries.
Vice President Liu Chun hopes to conduct closer cooperation with Pakistan Embassy in China, promote the deep participation of the member enterprises in China Pakistan Economic Corridor and industrial parks construction, so as to grasp the trade opportunities in machinery and electronic field.
