In a bid to promote the China and Russia’s cooperation in trade, production capacity, investment and project contracting within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative and to build a communication platform between Chinese and Russian businesses, CRCCME successfully held China-Russia Machinery Manufacturing and Technology Innovation Cooperation Forum in Yekaterinburg, Russia. The forum intends to promote China-Russia cooperation, integrate the Belt and Road Initiative with the Eurasian Economic Union, analyze the current situation of bilateral economic and trade cooperation, explore a new path of fusing each other’s industrial advantages, and cultivate new growth points. More than 100 delegates from governments, enterprises, financial institutions and research institutes of the two countries attended the forum. CRCCME Vice President Shi Yonghong and representatives from the business circles of and governments share their insights on China-Russia cooperation in economy, trade, investment, project contracting and major projects.
