On May 23, 2018, CCCME Vice President Liu Chun visited the Commercial Section of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in China upon the invitation of newly-appointed Commercial Counselor Mohammed Alotaish. The two sides exchange views on further implementing China-KSA Five-year Action Plan on Mutual Business Visits , and enhancing bilateral cooperation in production capacity, industrial park and exhibition etc., all reaching a host of consensuses. VP Liu expected that with the support from the Embassy of Saudi Arabia, CCCME can serve as a communication and coordination platform for businesses of both countries by enriching the content of cooperation.
