The Smart Urbanation Convention and EXPO 2018 Successfully Held in Hyderabad

From March 22 to 23, 2018, the 2rd China Pride: China-India Smart Urbanation Convention and EXPO, co-hosted by CCCME, ICEC and Indian Smart Cities Council, was successfully held in the southern Indian city of Hyderabad. The three-day convention consisted of three parts: exhibition, smart city summit and smart city visit. Over 150 enterprises from China and India attended the exhibition, and over 3,500 professional participants were engaged in negotiations and procurement. Leading Indian officers and industry giants attended the opening ceremony and conventions, CCCME Vice President Shi Yonghong addressed the opening ceremony on invitation. During the convention, CCCME delegation of over 10 key member companies including CRBC, POWER CHINA, China ENFI, CRRC, MIDEA, ZTE met with India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry Investment Promotion Agency, FICCI of the state of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, ICEC, and the head of four smart cities respectively. Together, they shared in-depth insights on topics such as the current development and needs of smart cities, investment opportunities in India and so on.
