On March 15-16, 2018, CCCME held its Six Session of the Eighth Council Meeting in Meishan, Sichuan. Zhi Luxun, Commercial Counselor(Director General) of Foreign Trade Dept. of Ministry of Commerce, Mu Xinhai, Secretary of the Meishan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, CCCME President Zhang Yujing, as well as 163 representatives of 129 Council Members attended the session. The session was moderated by Vice President Wang Guiqing.
    President Zhang Yujing delivered CCCME Working Report 2017; and Vice President Liu Chun delivered CCCME 2017 Financial Report. Vice President Shi Yonghong addressed on the issue of CCCME Council Member enlargement, new members admission, and the establishment of International Industry Cooperation Committee.
    Vice President Shi Yonghong and Vice Mayor of Meishan municipal government also signed strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of CCCME and Meishan Municipal People's government.
