On March 16, 2018, Vice President Shi Yonghong met at the CCCME office with Vice President of the Chemical Cluster of Saudi Arabia Industrial Clusters Bakhsh. Shi pointed out that CCCME appreciated Vice President Bakhsh’s gesture for visiting CCCME for promoting cooperation between CCCME members and KAS enterprises. As the China’s Office for China-KSA Five-Year Action Plan on Mutual Business Visits, CCCME always supports the two sides’ businesses to engage in contacts and communications and boost trade and investment cooperation.

Bakhsh expressed sincere gratitude to Vice President Shi and expressed that Saudi Arabia's King Salman paid a very successful visit to China last year. The Industrial Clusters will work with Saudi Arabia General Investment Agency and the Royal Commission for Yanbu to host China-KSA Forum on Industrial Investment Cooperation in Shanghai next month. The Industrial Cluster is willing to make joint efforts with CCCME to advance the organization of the event.
