On the sideline of the convening of the First Meeting for China-Algeria Joint Working Group on Industrial Capacity Cooperation, entrusted by MOFCOM and supported by the Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office of China’s Embassy to Algeria, CCCME Vice President Liu Chun led a trade and investment promotion delegation of 30 business representatives to visit Algiers, Algeria and attended business events from January 29-February 2.
On January 31, Deputy Director General Shen Xiang of West Asian and African Affairs Department of China Ministry of Commerce and Direct General Choutri Djamel-Eddine of Public Trade Department of Algeria Ministry of Industry and Mines co-chaired the first meeting for the working group and jointly signed the Framework Agreement on the Promotion of China-Algeria Industrial Capacity Cooperation. According to which, CCCME is appointed as the China’s Office for China-Algeria Five Year Action Plan on Mutual Business Visits.
