On the afternoon of January 17, 2018, the 4th Session of the 1st Metallurgical & Mining Equipment Branch Council Meeting was held in Zhongye Building, Beijing, with 15 member companies of branch council attending the meeting. CCCME President Zhang Yujing introduced the major work of CCCME and its development after separating from MOFCOM. CCCME Deputy President Shi Yonghong briefed the current situation of foreign trade, analyzed the opportunities and challenges that the assembly industries faced now, and introduced the major services of CCCME.

The attendees had a full discussion on how to serve the companies, strengthen the self-discipline of industries and companies, and utilize national financial support. They also proposed many opinions and advises, and introduced what they had made and met in the Belt and Road Initiative and international production capacity.
