CCCME Signs MOU with Department of Commerce of Heilongjiang Province

In a bid to implement the strategic deployment of the new round of Revitalizing Northeast Old Industrial Base, actively dock the Belt and Road Initiative, foster the growth of export-oriented industries in Heilongjiang Province, and establish regular cooperation mechanism, CCCME signed MOU with Department of Commerce of Heilongjiang province on August 17, 2017 in Jiamusi City. CCCME President Zhang Yujing and Deputy Director General of Department of Commerce of Heilongjiang Province MengLin signed cooperation documents on behalf of the two organizations.
