On the afternoon of July 18, CCCME Vice President Shi Yonghong met with the Commercial Counselor Fukunaga Mori of Japanese Embassy in Beijing and Director Itaya of Industry Department of Nomura Research Institute (NRI). The two sides discussed about co-hosting Environmental Goods Agreement (EGA) High-level symposium.
Vice President Shi welcomed the guests and introduced the related work done by CCCME, namely, participating in EGA and co-organizing China-EU Seminar on China-EU Seminar on EGA. Commercial Counselor Fukunaga Mori and Director Itaya invited CCCME to participate in the symposium as co-organizer. Vice President Shi responded by expressing the willingness to cooperate with Japanese Embassy and NRI more often in an effort to organize a successful event.
