On April 17, 2017, CCCME, China Die & Mould Industry Association (CDMIA), and Government of Taizou Huangyan District jointly announced Huangyan-China Mould Index on 121st Canton Fair. CCCME Vice President Liu Chun, CDMIA President Wu Shubing, and government officials from Taizhou Huangyan District, Zhejiang Province gave addresses on the press conference.    
     CCCME Vice President Liu pointed out that China imported 15% mould products from the world with a total value of USD 2.5 billion annually, making itself the largest importer globally. Huangyan-China Mould index, synthesized from business production and sales data, Customs’ data, shows the development overview of the mould industry. The index, authoritative and scientific, will be significant for industrial policy-makers and the entire industry to go global.
