On Dec. 17, 2016, “Think-Tank Summit on Economic Cooperationbetween China and Gulf Countries” was held in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. Vice President of CCCME Mr. SHI Yonghong attended the summit and addressed as guest in the theme of industrial and financial cooperation between China and Gulf Countries. The summit aimed at promoting the practice exchange and experience sharing between policy makers and industries of both sides under the framework of “Belt and Road” Initiative, providing intellectual support for developing bilateral relations between China and Gulf countries and jointly solving the practical problems. Head of Development Research Center of the State Council, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassadors of Oman, Bahrein and Kuwait as well as specialists and scholars attended the summit and addressed. There are also nearly 180 government officials and scholars participated in the summit.
