On Nov. 22, President ZHANG Yujing and Vice President SHI Yonghong met with Penzenskaya Governor, Mr. Belozertsev and his governmental delegation in Beijing. The meeting aimed to establish and deepen the cooperation between CCCME members and companies of Penzenskaya Oblast in machinery, electronics, engineering projects agricultural products and food processing. The two sides agree to concretely promote the bilateral cooperation and projects implementation through regular mutual visit, establish contact channel, and business information spreading.

After the meeting, the officials from the two sides attended the MOU signing ceremony. In order to promote the practical cooperation, CCCME invited representatives from CMC, CNMTC, CEEC, YTO Group and Yueda Group to the meeting. They had very fruitful dialogue with Russian governmental and business delegation. During the event, Chinese companies inquired Russian investment policies and major projects in Penzenskaya Oblast, and had deep exchange with Russian delegates.
