From 10 to 11 Nov, 2016, the Fifth CICA Business Forum was co-hosted by CICA Secretariat, CICABC and Kazakhstan’s Ministry of National Economy in Astana, Kazakhstan. The forum this year aims at promoting the implementation of mutual trust measures in economic, trade and investment among CICA countries. It is also the second business forum since CCCME acted as chairmanship of CICABC in 2015. The forum was attended by more than 350 representatives from government, enterprises and high level diplomatic officials in 24 countries.

Mr. ZHANG Yujing, President of CCCME attended the forum as the Boarding Chairman of CICABC. In order to promote concrete cooperation among enterprises, CCCME invited 28 representatives from 14 large Chinese companies in infrastructure, power station, engineering project contracting, petrochemical engineering, investment and mining industry to attend the events. Chinese delegation is the largest foreign group for CICA Business forum, showcasing China’s intention on promoting CICA trade and economic cooperation and Chinese companies’ great interest in participation, which is also highly appreciated by host country.
