On Sept. 27, co-hosted by CCCME and Dongying Municipal People's Government, One Belt, One Road Countries Petro-Chemical Investment Forum in Dongying City was successfully held in Huanghe International Convention Center, Dongying. CCCME President ZHANG Yujing, Head of the People’s Government of Dongying District LIANG Runsheng and H.E. Henry Mayega, Ambassador (DHM) of Uganda made speeches at the opening ceremony. Foreign diplomats from more than 20 embassies in China, 130 foreign entrepreneurs from 20 countries and 70 representatives from SOEs and private companies participated in the Forum.

Chinese speakers introduced the progress of the current policies of Belt and Road Initiative respectively from foreign investment, international cooperation and strategic docking perspectives, and foreign speakers specifically introduced the investment opportunities and incentives in their countries.
