August 30 2016, the Balance Car Branch of CCCME was ceremonially founded in Beijing. Nearly 200 representatives from Chinese Government organs, companies and some relevant American institutions as well as media attended the founding ceremony. CCCME President Zhang Yujing delivered the opening speech.

In July 2016, CCCME convened a meeting joined by Chinese balance car manufacturers, discussing the problems and difficulties of the industry. All the companies reached a consensus on establishing a Balance Car Branch, aimed at coping with international trade friction as a whole, standardizing the industry orders and propelling the establishment of national and international industrial standards, so as to increase the global competiveness of Chinese balance car industry.
