On July 28^th, 2016, BIFC held the 2016 Mid-year Working Meeting in Xi’an, Shaanxi province. MA She Deputy DG of European Affairs Dept. of MOFCOM and representatives for 7 board member companies (Bank of China, COSCO SHIPPING, Genertec, State Grid, Zoonlion and Huawei) attended the meeting.

Before the meeting, Chinese Secretariat organized the delegation to visit Airport New City in Xixian New Area and XIDIAN Group. These visits were followed by Sino-Italy Trade and Economic Cooperation Forum under the Perspective of BELT & ROAD INITIATIVE. Leading officials from Commerce Department of Shaanxi Province delivered speech, and two experts from BOC and ICE addressed with the themes of hot issues of European Economy and investment in Italy respectively.
