On the afternoon of July, 7^th, Vice President WANG Guiqing met with Mr. Saqib, General Secretary of India China Economic and Cultural Council (ICEC). Deputy Director of Foreign Trade Development Bureau of MOFCOM, WU Tongdiao and his colleagues participated.

This is the first visit of Saqib to CCCME, and he came to seek for help to China-Pride exhibition in New Delhi on March 15-17^th, 2017. The exhibition covers the fields of engineering, grid technology, smart city technology, telecom technology, rail equipment, green and clean energy solution and agricultural innovation equipment, which will help Chinese companies to improve brand image and reputation in India.

WANG Guiqing and Wu Tongdiao studied the exhibition introduction and WANG Guiqing said CCCME was willing to cooperate with ICEC.

ICEC is the first non-profit organization headquartered in New Delhi. It aims at promoting Sino-Indian cultural and economic cooperation with 6 offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other three cities in China. For ten years, ICEC has become the most active organization in promoting bilateral economic and cultural cooperation.
