April 12-15 2016, Sponsored by China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Machinery & Electronics Products (CCCME), Taiwan Electrical & Electronic Manufacturers' Association and Xiamen municipal government, 2016 Xiamen International Industrial Exposition (XMIE) was successfully held in Xiamen city, China. This year, the total exhibiting area reached 100000 sqm, hit a record high with 4300 standard booths set up. 2016 Cross-straits Economic and Trade Forum,Social Gathering of the 20th Anniversary Ceremony and 2016 Cross-Straits Automation Intelligence Industry Forum were held in conjunction with XMIE.

CCCME President ZHANG Yujing, Director General of CCCME Taipei Office LI Rongmin attended the exposition. CCCME Taipei Office organized Taiwan enterprises to conduct site visit to Xiamen Free Trade Zone.
