PHNOM PENH - A Chinese developer has sought support from Cambodia to develop an expressway from Phnom Penh City to the airport, according to a statement released by Cambodian side on Tuesday.
"In a meeting with Cambodian deputy Prime Minister Keat Chhon on Monday, Chang Xingwen, chairman of the China's Henan Provincial Communications Planning Survey and Design Institute, raised a proposal to build an expressway from Phnom Penh City to the Phnom Penh International Airport in the form of Build-Operate- Transfer (BOT)," the statement said.
