China to expand trade with CEE countries

 Visiting Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said on Tuesday that China will make amajor push next year to expand investment and trade with those countries in Central andEastern Europe (CEE).

The year of 2014 will be designated as the year for promotion of investment and trade betweenChina and CEE countries, Li declared at an opening ceremony of a China-CEE economic forumheld in Bucharest.

The Chinese premier, who is in Romania for an official visit to the country and a summit withCEE leaders, said a series of events will be convened next year to boost investment and tradebetween the two sides.
