The notified Chilean Standard establishes the inspection procedure for electric and hydraulic lifts, with the aim of verifying the operational safety conditions, regardless of the date on which and the legal framework under which they were put into service. It applies to lifts with a speed exceeding 0.15 m/s and whose inclination to the vertical does not exceed 15°.（技术服务中心）
