WTO.厄瓜多尔通报第136号（1R）关于摩托车3号修正案的补遗

通过本附录8，厄瓜多尔共和国特此通告2014年2月17日在文件G/TBT/N/ECU／177中通知的厄瓜多尔标准化技术研究所技术规则（RTE InN）第136号（1R）“摩托车”3号修正案，根据生产、对外贸易、投资和渔业部下属的秘书处2019年8月30日发布的第19号决议第083号，2019年10月1日起生效，不影响其在官方刊物上的发表。

By means of this Addendum No. 8, the Republic of Ecuador hereby advises that Amendment No. 3 to Ecuadorian Standardization Institute Technical Regulation (RTE INEN) No. 136 (1R) "Motorcycles", notified in document G/TBT/N/ECU/177 of 17 February 2014, has been issued pursuant to Resolution No. 19 083 of 30 August 2019 by the Under-Secretariat for Quality of the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investment and Fisheries, and will enter into force on 1 October 2019, without prejudice to its publication in the Official Journal.（技术服务中心）
