The amendment proposed by the Bureau of Energy is to harmonize with the international community on the adoption of car-related test procedures (energy efficiency), small volume manufacturer and labeling of energy efficiency.
Products covered: Passenger cars, motorcycles, light-duty trucks of a gross weight less than 2,500 kilograms and commercial vehicles; Vehicles other than railway or tramway rolling- stock, and parts and accessories thereof (HS 87)（技术服务中心）
