WTO.欧盟通报关于机动车紧急车道保持系统（ELKS）型式认证统一程序和技术规范的2019/2144号法规（EU）应用规则的委员会实施条例草案

该实施法案基于欧盟已经实施的联合国欧洲经济委员会（UNECE）第130号（卡车车道偏离警告）和第79号（纠正转向）法规，以及欧洲NCap的现有测试协议。它规定了批准机动车紧急车道保持系统的性能标准和试验程序。

The implementing act is based on the existing Regulations No 130 (lane departure warning for trucks) and No 79 (corrective steering) of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) already applied in the EU, as well as existing test protocols from Euro NCap. It sets out the performance criteria and test procedures for the approval of motor vehicles with respect of their emergency lane keeping system.
