 WTO.印度通报调制解调器基本要求

MTCTE计划下的测试和认证要求通过2017年《印度电报（修正案）规则》【WTO TBT通知G/TBT/IND66】通知。MTCTE计划正分阶段推出，电信产品逐步纳入MTCTE制度。调制解调装置包括在MTCTE计划的第一阶段。自2019年10月1日起，调制解调器认证成为强制性要求。
调制解调器的基本要求包括以下设备-
1.V.90/V.92/V.21至V.34调制解调器

Testing and Certification requirements under MTCTE scheme were notified through Indian Telegraph (Amendment) Rules, 2017 [WTO TBT Notification G/TBT/IND66]. MTCTE Scheme is being launched in a phased manner and telecom products are gradually being brought under MTCTE regime. Modem Device are included in Phase I of MTCTE scheme. Certification of modem has become mandatory from 1 October 2019.
Essential Requirement for modem covers the following equipment –
1. V.90/ V.92/ V.21 to V.34 Modem
