WTO.巴西通报液化石油气可运输集装箱部长级法案草案

本附录旨在告知，国家计量、质量和技术研究院（Inmetro）于2020年6月3日发布了第201号法令，该法令对2012年2月7日颁布的Inmetro第74号法令、2012年12月21日的Inmetro条例681、2012年12月21日的Inmetro条例682和2013年8月6日的Inmetro条例391进行了修订，关于液化石油气运输容器的制造和检验，先前根据G/TBT/N/BRA/323/Add.6通知。
撤销2013年Inmetro第391号法令第2条和第12条。
本条例自其在巴西政府公报上公布之日起生效。

This addendum aims to inform that the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology – Inmetro, issued that Ordinance no. 201, 3 June 2020, which amends Inmetro Ordinance 74, 7 February 2012, Inmetro Ordinance 681, 21 December 2012, Inmetro Ordinance 682, 21 December 2012, and Inmetro Ordinance 391, 6 August 2013, regarding the manufacture and inspection of Transportable Containers for Liquefied Petroleum Gas, previously notified under G/TBT/N/BRA/323/Add.6.
It revokes the articles 2 and 12 of Inmetro Ordinance no. 391, of 2013.
This Ordinance enters into force on the date of its publication on the Brazilian Official Gazette.(技术服务中心)
