关于灯具的强制性标准SI 20第1部分的修订。本标准修订草案采用国际标准IEC 60598 1-第8.0版：2014-05和第1次修订-第8.0版：2017-09，本标准希伯来文部分有一些改动。
旧标准和新修订标准将从本修订版生效至2021年2月23日（类似于欧洲指令LVD的生效）。在此期间，产品可按旧的或新修订的标准进行试验。

Revision of the Mandatory Standard SI 20 part 1, dealing with luminaires. This draft standard revision adopts the International Standard IEC 60598 1 - Edition 8.0: 2014-05 and Amendment 1 - Edition 8.0: 2017-09, with a few changes that appear in the standard's Hebrew section.
Both the old standard and this new revised standard will apply from entry into force of this revision until 23 February 2021 (similar to the entry into force of the European Directive LVD). During this time, products may be tested according to the old or the new revised standard.
