WTO.厄瓜多尔通报第272号技术法规草案:“白炽灯”

厄瓜多尔技术法规规定了白炽灯在国内销售和进口之前必须满足的要求，目的是保护人类安全和环境，防止欺骗行为。
适用于以下产品：
螺旋式灯座钨丝白炽灯，用于额定功率在4W至1500W之间，额定电压高达250V的一般照明。
不适用于：
机动车用灯具；
厄瓜多尔技术法规RTE INEN 069涵盖的卤钨灯和白炽灯。

The notified Ecuadorian Technical Regulation establishes the requirements to be met by incandescent lamps, prior to the marketing of domestic and imported products, with the aim of protecting human safety and the environment, and preventing deceptive practices.
It applies to the following products:
Tungsten filament incandescent lamps, with screw-type bases, for general lighting with a nominal power between 4 W and 1500 W and a nominal voltage of up to 250 V.
It does not apply to:
Lamps for use in motor vehicles;
Tungsten halogen and filament lamps covered by Ecuadorian Technical Regulation RTE INEN 069.（技术服务中心）
