On August 22, 2026, the exchange meeting between CCCME and the 48 Group was held in Beijing. CCCME President Liu Chun and the 48 Group Chairman Jack Perry attended the event and delivered speeches. The two sides held in-depth discussions on topics including China-UK economic and trade cooperation and industrial collaboration in smart manufacturing and artificial intelligence, reaching multiple consensus on practical cooperation.
