哥伦比亚通报2021年4月7日第40103号决议

哥伦比亚共和国特此通知，矿业和能源部已发布2021年4月7日第40103号决议，其中规定了用于压缩点火发动机的柴油、生物燃料作为燃烧过程混合燃料的质量参数和要求，以及碱性汽油和汽油，加上无水燃料乙醇，用于火花点火发动机，并采用其他规定。

The Republic of Colombia hereby advises that the Ministry of Mining and Energy has issued Resolution No. 40103 of 7 April 2021 "Establishing the quality parameters and requirements for diesel fuel, biofuels for use in compression-ignition engines as blend stock in combustion processes, and basic gasolines and gasolines oxygenated with anhydrous fuel ethanol for use in spark-ignition engines, and adopting other provisions".
