 WTO.哥伦比亚通报环境和可持续发展部关于规定陆地移动源污染物排放最高允许限值、规定2015年第1076号法令第2.2.5.1.8.2条和通过其他规定的决议草案

已公布的决议草案规定了陆基移动源污染物排放的最高允许限值，规定了进口、组装和国产陆基移动源的要求和认证，并通过了其他规定，以保护环境、健康和环境享有健康环境的权利，以及保护人类生命不受陆地移动来源污染物的危害的权利。

The notified draft Resolution establishes the maximum permissible limits for pollutant emissions from land-based mobile sources, regulates the requirements and certification to which imported, assembled and domestically manufactured land-based mobile sources are subject, and adopts other provisions, in order to protect the environment, health and the right to a healthy environment, as well as to protect human life from the risks associated with pollutants from land-based mobile sources.
