 WTO.瑞士通报联邦通信局电信设施条例修订草案（OOIT）

《瑞士联邦通信局电信设施条例》（OOIT）规定了瑞士联邦委员会制定的有关电信设施的基本技术要求。它规范了瑞士无线电接口的使用。
为了符合国际民航组织的现行规定（RIR0101-05:2.85-23.35兆赫；RIR0102-08:9300-9500兆赫；RIR0102-09:4200-4400兆赫），在航空领域建立了两个新的RIR。
为了符合2016年国际电联无线电条例第5条的规定，针对2900-3100兆赫频率范围内的海事雷达推出了新的RIR0604-05。
由于ERC/REC 70-03附录1的变化，引入了“非特定短程设备”领域和频率范围为963–865 MHz的新RIR1008-44。

The Ordinance of the Swiss Federal Office of Communications on telecommunications installations (OOIT) specifies the basic technical requirements with regard to telecommunications installations set out by the Swiss Federal Council. It regulates the use of radio interfaces in Switzerland.
Two new RIR in the aeronautical domain are established in order to be in line with the current ICAO regulations (RIR0101-05: 2.85 - 23.35 MHz; RIR0102-08: 9300 – 9500 MHz; RIR0102-09: 4200 - 4400 MHz).
New RIR0604-05 for maritime radars in the frequency range 2900 - 3100 MHz are introduced in order to be in line with article 5 of the ITU Radio Regulations 2016.
New RIR1008-44 in the domain of "Non Specific Short Range Devices" and in the frequency range of 963 – 865 MHz are introduced due to changes in ERC/REC 70-03 Annex 1.
